Our founder and Chief Investigator, Steven D. Norman, began his distinguished career in law enforcement as a Deputy Sheriff in 1991. Over the years, he advanced through the ranks, holding key positions such as Chief Detective, Chief of Police, and Sheriff. Chief Norman has extensive experience in death investigations, child abuse and neglect cases, criminal investigations, missing persons, sex offender identification and supervision, and financial crimes. He holds a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Louisville and is a graduate of both the Southern Police Institute and the FBI LEEDS program. Throughout his more than 32 years of dedicated service, Chief Norman has earned numerous accolades, including the departmental Medal of Honor, Medal of Valor, and Exemplary Citation. He has worked alongside various federal, state, and local agencies in high-profile criminal investigations. Additionally, Chief Norman is a proud member of the Choctaw Indian Nation of Oklahoma and a decorated Navy veteran. We take immense pride in serving both veteran and active military families.
